PRESEASON 9 CHANGES
As you can see, the first change that you can see is the new tower (shields).They will affect league a lot becouse laneing phase will be harder now,and also it shots deal more damage which means you cannot be dived.
Towers have 5 new barriers:
-the first two barriers gives the 80 g when destoryed,other 2 give 60g.
Rune Changes
flat runes
These runes are flat runes they give u bonus ad ap or some stuff.They are seperated in 3 types:
-Defensive (armor,mr,health)
-Opfensive (ap,ad,ms)
-What ever you want bonus.
NEW DARK HARVEST!!
So the new DARK HARVEST is the following:
Everytime u get the enemy below 50% health u get permanent dark harvest stack which u can cast anytime you want,however when u do cast it and u dont kill an enemy it doesnt reset and its on a 30 sec coldown i think.
It also grants u bonus ap or ad adaptive!
BOUNTIES!
The new bounties will show how many gold u are worth by killing.
(currently it doesnt show on urself).
